2nd international EGM on fentanyl-related substances and emerging dangerous synthetic opioids with no known legitimate uses

The EMCDDA has been invited to participate in the '2nd international EGM on fentanyl-related substances and emerging dangerous synthetic opioids with no known legitimate uses' organised by the International Narcotics Control Board (INCB). It is part of INCB's global initiative addressing the international aspects of the opioids crisis, held under the auspices of the Global Rapid Interdiction of Dangerous Substances (GRIDS) Programme's global OPIOIDS Project.
